Styles range from minimalist modern, rustic handmade, colorful artisanal, to classic porcelain and stoneware – perfect for everyday use or special occasions.

2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (where carriers permit). International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are my shipping options and delivery times? We offer these convenient options for U.S. orders:

  • Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20 – Ideal for quicker delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Our most popular choice, free on every order!
  • Free Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 – Reliable service at no extra cost
  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10 – Alternative paid option

*Delivery times are estimates in business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Actual times may vary due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays. Tracking is provided via email once your order ships.

4. Is shipping free? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) applies to all orders – no minimum purchase needed. It's our default and favorite option among customers.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your dinnerware. Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping fees if applicable). Contact us to start the process. Opened sets or items with minor usage may be eligible for partial refund or exchange – please reach out for details.

6. Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe? Most items are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe (check individual product pages for specifics). Hand-painted artisanal pieces may require hand-washing to preserve designs. Always follow care instructions included with your order.

7. How durable is the dinnerware? Our pieces are built to last: porcelain and stoneware options are chip-resistant and sturdy for daily use. We select high-quality materials from trusted makers to ensure they withstand regular family meals and entertaining.
